We are seeking two (2) motivated Engineers with Mechanical and/or Electrical experience for available project engineer and cost engineer positions. We are looking for a candidate with 1 to 5 years of construction experience. Individuals should be career minded, goal oriented, and ready to grow and develop with an established firm.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred. Good computer skills required - Excel, Word, Windows, Microsoft Project, One Drive, Adobe.

Description of Job Responsibilities
1) Assist lead estimators with design and mechanical air conditioning and plumbing estimates
2) Ability to write RFI clarifications and resolve technical issues in a timely matter
3) Generate material submittals after review of contract drawings and specifications
4) Procurement and ordering of materials and equipment including writing of purchase orders
5) Prepare budgets, schedules and subcontracts
6) Oversee projects from blueprint drawings to completed useable product
7) Understand flow of a construction project to stay ahead
8) Preparation of billings and close out documents
9) Build skills to manage design-build, design-assist and plan and spec type projects
10) Communication with other contractors, material suppliers, design consultants and Field personnel
11) Proactive thinking and problem solver
12) Team player, willing to help others so that the Team may achieve a common goal.
