A/C Equipment Changeouts
Air Cooled Chillers
All types of air cooled chillers ranging from 10 Tons to 250 Tons with various options. Options in coil selection, pumping, compressor type and evaporator fan selections.
Cooling Towers
All types of cooling towers, forced draft and induced draft, ranging from 100 tons to 1,500 Tons with various options. Packaged cooling towers as well as built up fiberglass Marley towers.
Air Handlers
All types of air handlers from 3 Tons to 80 Tons. Package AHUs, Modular AHUs and Built up AHUs.
CRAC Units
All types of computer room AC units – DX refrigerant type or Chilled water type. Experience doing change outs in occupied operational computer centers.
Pumps
All types and all sizes of pumps for cold water, hot water, reheat water, chilled water, condenser water and solar. Horizontal, in line, vertical, constant speed, variable speed.
Split Systems
All types of refrigerant DX AC Split systems ranging from single zone Mitsubishi/Daikin/Fujitsu ductless splits to large, ducted DX splits, up to 80 Tons, with Condensing units outside and Air Handlers inside.
Package Units
All types of packaged ducted AC units including rooftop units, units sitting on the ground and DOAS units.
Water Cooled Chillers
All brands of water cooled chillers from 80 Tons to 1,500 Tons including variable screw chillers, magnetic bearing chillers and centrifugal chillers.
Fan Coil Units
Replacement of existing chilled water fan coil units or addition of new units for areas that need additional cooling.
Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Systems
Installation of all sizes and in any configuration including wall mounted units and ceiling cassettes. Certified Factory contractor for Mitsubishi, Daikin and Fujitsu brands for professional installation and extended warranties.
